Roland invites the most creative, outrageous, and dedicated users of its equipment to enter the first-ever I Love My Roland contest. Entries received before July 31 will be featured on the Roland Website, and in Roland brochures and publications. Everyone who enters is eligible for these publicity opportunities.

All entrants from North and South America (except Brazil) will receive Roland stickers and temporary tattoos, and the first 100 will also receive a free Roland hat. Roland customers can upload up to five of their favorite shop photos, featuring themselves and their Roland equipment in action. Roland says entrants can improve their chances for free publicity by including a short note on the topic: “Why I Love My Roland.”

“Our top priority at Roland has always been to provide our customers with exceptional products and customer support that exceeds their expectations,” says Dave Goward, president and CEO of Roland DGA Corp. “We are gratified to have such loyal and dedicated customers—many of whom have owned their Roland devices for many years. The I Love My Roland Contest is a great opportunity for enthusiastic Roland customers everywhere to gain the recognition they deserve.”

I Love My Roland Contest judges will announce the 25 top finalists on Aug. 29, based on their personality, creativity, and sheer enthusiasm for Roland.  In addition to receiving an awards plaque, every finalist will be entered into a drawing for a free trip for two to SGIA ’08, Oct. 15-18 in Atlanta, GA. The trip winner will be announced no later than September 19. Only entrants from North and South America (except Brazil) are eligible to become finalists.

The I Love My Roland Contest is open to customers of all Roland equipment currently in use—inkjet printers and printer/cutters, vinyl cutters, engravers, photo impact printers, milling machines, and 3D scanners. Entry instructions and contest guidelines are available online at
