Systematic Automation developed its Vinci 1452 to print onto syringe barrels, lip-balm containers, and other cylindrical products. The automatic screen press includes a machine indexer, print station, integrated hot-air drying, and an automatic unloader. Systematic Automation says changeover between products can occur within a matter of minutes and notes that a high-speed indexer and cam-based controls simplify operation and maintenance. The press supports speeds of 72 parts/min and higher, and Systematic Automation says it's rated for continuous duty, three shifts per day, seven days per week.
