Splash of Color’s new InLine Cutting System is designed specifically for the HeatWave direct-to-fabric dye-sub printer. The company says the unit dramatically increases the HeatWave’s capabilities, making production easier and faster by cutting printed fabric on the vertical axis. The system uses cold-knife technology and is engineered to be stopped or paused without creating defects in the printed fabric. Two models are available. The The 74-in. (1880-mm) version includes four adjustable knives, and the 104-in. (2642-mm) unit comes with six adjustable knives. Splash of Color, 709 N.
