Workhorse Products (www.workhorseproducts.com) recently introduced landscape-oriented platens that can be unlocked with the flip of a level and slid off. for tool-free changeout. They now come standard on the company's Javelin and Freedom presses and can be retrofitted to older models. The platens are also compatible with Falcon and M&R presses. They come adult, youth, and sleeve sizes and are made of aluminum.
