Drytac (www.drytac.com) beefed up its line of media for flatbed UV inkjet printers with the addition of EarthSmart Eclipse, billed as a low-density polyethylene that can be recycled in commercial plastics-recycling programs. Drytac notes that the material is certified by ASTM Int’l to biodegrade in most landfills. EarthSmart Eclipse is a white, 15-mil material designed to resist curling. It’s available in 54-, 63-, and 72-in.-wide (1372-, 1600-, and 1829-mm) rolls.
