Are you plagued by clogging, ink buildup on the bottom of the screen, and stickiness when you use water-based formulations on automatic carousel presses? Matsui developed its Rubber Binder 301 water-based ink for long-term use on automatics. The ink is free of PVC, phthalates, heavy metals, azo compounds, nonylphenols, and formaldehyde. Matsui says Rubber Binder 301 is excellent in air permeability and elasticity and produces a smooth surface that resists cracking.
