Kia Ora, Hi I am a complete novice at screenprinting in fact I have never screenprinted in my life, I recently purchased a Carousel screenprinter and I have an experienced person helping me but I need to know what is the best art software to buy? I am screenprinting garments. I have been told that Corel Draw 12 is the best but when I had a look in the shop there were about 3 different Corel Draw 12s, can someone give me the full name of this software or perhaps a alternative software that does the same job. Thanks

It is true that many T-shirt printers find teh features of Corel Draw to their liking. In any case you have to make separations and burn screens. It is very difficult. I suggest that you contact a maunfacturer like Nazdar. Have their rep come to see you and explain your delimma. I find it a bargain to get technical assistance in exchange for the purchase of product and/or supplies. Truly the company that sold you the equipment you have should have provided all the help you needed.
The very best of luck with your business.
