Static Cling Film Printing

I am completely new at this so here goes: I am looking to print on static cling Film in reverse mode so the printing is correct once it is attached to the window. Can anyone help me as to what portable printer and a source for the film would be?

printing face down (reverse image) on clear material and backing your print up with a white is standard for inside mount window clings.
