i've recently printed a batch of shirts with some white ink that's been sitting around with the cap off--doesn't matter, right? well, after whoever washes the shirts, the image washes off. could it be that the ink has been corrupted by not having the cap, and the plastisol is being impeded by dust or dirt? or is this a different problem?
this is on a four color press, using a flash dryer and white, union plastisol ink.
