FOIL PRINTING

I have read a little about foil printing. But what king of foil do I use? Where do I get it? I have tried aluminum foil, mylar, and foil gift rap with no luck. I am using Wilflex rock base. Printing lots of it through an 83 mesh, and using a nice heat press machine. Please help...
