WHAT IS THE BEST SWEATSHIRT TO PRINT ON WITH PLASTISOL INK..ONE THAT WILL NOT BURN @ FLASH OR SCORCH OR BLEED AND HOLD A CLEAN SMOOTH BASE, NOY SPLOTCHY!!
