SWEATSHIRT MATERIAL?

WHAT IS THE BEST SWEATSHIRT TO PRINT ON WITH PLASTISOL INK..ONE THAT WILL NOT BURN @ FLASH OR SCORCH OR BLEED AND HOLD A CLEAN SMOOTH BASE, NOY SPLOTCHY!!

Most sweatshirts shouldn't cause such problems, are you printing on steel gray that has a lot of polyester in it? Is your ink viscosity to high? Is your flash unit to close to your platen? these are the questions I would look at. If you answer no to the questions, you may be using a cheaply made garment, go with one like the jerzees NuBlend or one that is ringspun cotton, the cost is higher but they will make your prints look better to the customer. You could also print an underbase to help lock down the fibers. Good Luck
