What to buy, a Hopkins or Workhorse?

Looking at two package deals at silkscreeningsupplies.com:

A Workhorse:

And a Riley Hopkins:

Which is the better deal in the long run?

Pros and cons of each?

I see the Workhorse can be upgraded to 6 color, can the Hopkins?

Any advice would be much appreciated. I'm a guy looking to move up from water based inks and Speedball screens.
