Communicating with Sanny about purchasing HP 14 resettable chips, resetter, and auto-resettable chips. He is advising that I wire Western Union directly to your bank, but Western Union in US is suspicious of this type transaction and advises NOT wiring directly to bank.
Please advise -- I wish to purchase these products, but need to feel safe about financial transaction. Are there other alternatives? Money Order? Cachier's Check? C.O.D.?
