HOW TO UNCLOG ARIZONA 180 PRINTHEAD

CAN ANYONE ADVISE IF A CLOGGED PRINT HEAD FOR A ARIZONA 180 CAN BE UNCLOGGED AND HOW.

You can pour a little cleaner on a tray and soak the head overnight. The cleaner needs to be filled high enough to immerse the head about a 1/4" high when it's standing straight up. If that doesn't work you can try an ultrasonic cleaning if you have one. Put a couple of ice cubes in a bag and place them into the container with some solution. Again, fill the solution to a workable height on the head. Let the ultrasonic cleaner work for an hour or so and flush the head and see what happens. I've personally regained numerous heads with both of these processes. I've even regained supposed 'dead' heads that were laying out for a while. Hope this helps, demitrio
