Used RETENTIONABLE big frames

Want to import used ‘retensionable’ frames of Max. size OD is 72 x 60 inches, and smaller.Can they disassemble and ship ?
I am far in India, cannot afford ending up imported junk! How can I ensure they ship usable good quality?
