I am printing 100's of cardboard NO PARKING signs using solvent ink and can't stand the fumes-no air conditioning! So i am going to try Nazdar Aquasafe 2700 ink. I will use Ulano emulsion LX-660 and HardnerX. this is my first try with emulsion, having used capilary film only in the past. anyone have any suggestions or experiences to share?

i used it to try to print vinyl stickers. it worked but for the level of detail i was printing it dryed in way to fast. also too runny leaked through my tape and made a mess.
not sure what the use or life expectancy of cardboard signs is but i use speedball textile water based ink to print on cardstock. works great, water proof, and probably good outdoors for 1-2 years, which is longer than the cardstock would probably last.
