Need to screen white or white reflective ink on rubber or plastic mudflaps? Any advice on what inks to use?

You will likely, never, achieve the long-lasting ( or even semi-long-lasting ) results attempting this.

If I was doing this ..I would try printing on something that is somewhat flexible, like 1/4 inch PVC or light guage aluminum, and "sandwiching" it on both sides of the rubber, using rubber cement and plastic license plate nuts & bolts.

I am presuming the rubber to be truck mudflaps around 36"x24" and the design to be maybe 12"x15" or so.

Getting the ink to stick untill the customer pays you is one thing ...getting it to stick after 200 miles of flapping in the breeze is something else.

Hope this helps you , or at least inspires a new idea.
