Want to get an idea if there is a machine to silk screen/inkjet/ etc 1 color on 60" dia circles... or any thoughts would be appreciated. This is low end quality requirement but somewhat high volume. Thanks for your help! Nancy
Nancy,
What are the art requirements? Is the image full coverage, with bleed edge, or does the image fit within a smaller portion of the circles? What are the wood thickness, 1”, 1/2”, or 3/4”? What are the run sizes, 100/500/1000/5000?we have a 60"x144" long stroke press that would be able to print a full circle 60" with bleed. If you were looking to buy a press, what would your price range be? We might be looking to sell this press.
But if you need a Quote on the job, contact us at www.silkscreen.ca or call 1-204-632-6016.

Nancy, instead of spending alot of money on a press for this one item, you can buy a screen large enough to burn the image on. You will probably have to find someone who can burn this large of an image on your screen for you.
Then, buy 2 screen clamps and mount them to a table big enough to hold the material. After that, you can screen it with a one man squeegee or you can squeegee it with help from another person.
We could also give you a quote on such a job if you did not wish to do it yourself. We are located in Ohio.
