Can anyone tell us what the best ink is for screen printing on plastic mini sticks.

Most mini sticks are made of polystyrene (PS). There are a many screen print inks that work well on polystyrene. I have had good results with Nazdar 59000. If you are pad printing them I would recomend Marabu TPR.

I have Printed on Standard Plastic Hockey Sticks and the wood sticks for almost 2 years using Rucco ink pe180 series works great without any hardener That is if you refer to the USA stick the China stick tends to have a slicker surface and might need a pre treat like corona befor eprinting
most of the problems come from the fact nobody knows for sure what type of pellets go into china products....USA USA USA
