Hi!
Wondering if anyone has installed any venting system on the pad printer to remove any fumes? My machine has closed ink cups but still I think there is to much fumes working around the machine.
The machine I have has two "security doors" on the sides that I was thinking of installing some venting system to. Is this a bad idea considering to much movement of air around the machine?
Also should the venting of facillity be done from the floor or the roof? I'm guessing the floor as I think the fumes from inks, thinners and so on is heavier than air?

Correct the fumes are heavier than air. There are floor units that are on the market that have a charcoal filter that work fine. Venting is possible, just be careful not to use to much venting, as this may dry the ink in the cliche/plate.
