Light Proof Box?

Posted on Thu, 3 Jul 2003 at 4:45

Has anyone got any ideas to create a light proof box to house my screens once I have the emulsion on them?

I have read that it is good to dry the screens horizontal on a drying rack, that is kept pitch black. I have nothing of the like. Has anyone got any plans, ideas, suggestions on a nice compact drying rack?

I just use push pins in between each screen. On ein each corner. They don't go in to easy at first, but after the screens get wet the whole will open up and the pins slide right in. Then just stack them up. You can just put them in a wood box or even cardboard box and buy some of those heavy duty black trash bags and double up on them. It works great.
