Why bother using a blockout pen in the first place?
Even though I sell them, personally I consider them a complete waste of money. First off you almost can get an entire gallon of blockout for what one pen costs, and if you need an application device simply take your old used up pen and dip the tip in a pint container of blockout that you can keep need your press with a lid on it.
Reminds me of a short story about how NASA debuted the zero-gravity ball pint pen back in the '80's. They claimed it could work in any position and it only cost about $1 MILLION to develop. proud of themselves NASA made a big deal about it. When asked how Russia solved the problem, they simply stated....We just use a pencil it always works in space and only costs a few cents.

Block out refillable pens are available BUT it now an oxymoron. The company that makes the pens no longer sells the refill ink. It came in 50 mls bottles. We too are disappointed so we started an R & D program to come up with our own replacement ink. We can let you know when we're finished.
