sending separations via email

Greetings! I've always been a Macintosh user, and now I find myself in a new job having to use a PC and Corel Draw. It's been a big adjustment!
I'd like to know what is the best procedure for sending color separations to my screenprinter. I'm using Corel Draw 10. I've been trying to convert the files to Adobe Illustrator files and pdf's, then emailing them, but the screenprinter guy can't get them to print correctly on film. He uses a Mac. Also, should I be using Stuffit or a similar compression software?
thanks!

Anonymous says: First, save the files from Corel as Illustrator 6 EPS converting fonts to curves. Zip the file before sending, unstuff will unstuff a ZIP file. Larry posted on: Sat, 06/26/2004 - 11:23am
