I have three Saturn 50"x81", 50 flip up shelves, all in good shape. Also one 50"x86", 50 flip up shelves, manufacturer unknown.

Were you able to locate the drying racks? I have five sets of drying racks coming up on auction on Tuesday, December 28, 2004 at 12:00 pm. This is in addition to presses, DML Photo Unit, Screen Washer, Die Cutter and other screen printing equipment. I am brokering a deal with parties interested in purchasing the equipment from me after I purchase it at auction from the governmental body selling the equipment here in the Midwest. I am asking the interested parties what is the highest amount they are willing to purchase the equipment for? If you offer is highest and I am successful in purchasing the equipment, I will contact you on the afternoon of December 28. At that time I will forward to you an equipment sales contract. Once I receive a signed sales contract (fax back acceptable), I will provide evidence of clear title to the equipment from the Selling Party (governmental body). The equipment is being sold “as is”, “where-is” and FOB Shipping Point. At that point you will be responsible for making full payment prior to picking up or shipping the equipment to your location. The equipment has to be removed from it current location by no later than January 11, 2005. I am willing to provide you with a list of local rigging companies to crate the equipment for shipping, if necessary. All rigging fees are the responsibility of the Purchaser as well.
I am not like a traditional equipment broker whereby I am trying to sell the equipment based on the market value of the equipment. I purchase and resell the equipment based upon the return on my investment. Therefore, you are generally able to save your capital and purchase the equipment at less than market rate. However, it is also entirely possible that another party will out bid me since I am bidding based upon my return on investment (which is based upon the offers I receive from potential customers like you) and I won’t be able to complete the transaction as well. In that case, I will forward an email to you on December 28 stating that I was not able to purchase the equipment. That’s why I tell the offeree’s that you should offer the highest amount you are willing to pay for the equipment to afford yourself the best opportunity to purchase the equipment.
In addition, I can provide you with a reference on my most recent equipment brokering whereby an equipment broker was able to purchase over $40k of pre-press printing equipment for just over $11k in early December 2004 (Linotype-Hell 3900 Drum Scanner, ChromaSet & Tubes). I will need to have your response by no later that 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 28, 2004 to be considered for the purchase of the equipment.
