Wilcom Business Advantage is a business-management software program designed to help screen printers and embroiderers save time on daily operations. The program is designed to increase efficiency when generating quotes, sales orders, purchase orders, and packing slips, as well as organizing and tracking orders and controlling inventory. Business Advantage software is integrated with QuickBooks Premier Manufacturing and Wholesale Edition to function as one system. No synchronizing, importing, or exporting is necessary. The program's tool bar gives users instant access to all Business Advantage functions, eliminating the need to switch applications. A special order-entry form captures item and decoration details for later use in purchasing, production, and invoicing. The item chooser allows users to select and search across vendor catalogs by description, size, color, and fit to find the exact item customers request. Business Advantage's catalog solutions includes major vendor and custom catalogs. Users can set pricing and markup and manage inventory levels of stocked items. Order-tracking capabilities allow users to monitor progress through purchasing, design, and production. The program also offers planning features to help organize production. Support for bar codes allows users to develop programs that improve efficiency and reduces errors, and users can update job status and include messages, eliminating production interruptions. Users also can print worksheets for operators.
