For touch screens, wearable electronics, and more.
August 6, 2015
Creative Materials (www.creativematerials.com) has introduced a line of colored, electrically conductive screen-printable inks and coatings intended for use in applications including touch screens and displays, EMI-RFI shielding, medical devices, and wearable electronics. The inks are scratch- and crease-resistant, color stable, and feature reduced surface transfer of conductive particles when compared to conventional conductive inks, according to the company. Also applicable by dipping and syringe dispensing, the inks are compatible with Kapton, Mylar, and glass, among other substrates. Available in red, blue, and yellow that can be blended to achieve a variety of secondary or tertiary colors; custom blends and formulations also offered.
