Interlocking System for UV Dryers

A.W.T. says it has found another way to make its UV dryers more efficient and economical, with the Inteli-Guard interlocking system. Operators can synchronize power settings between their A.W.T. printers and UV dryers, reducing output power of the UV system to standby mode when printing pauses. The Inteli-Guard system then immediately returns the dryer to full power when printing resumes. A.W.T. says the technology cuts energy costs and extends dryer life. It is available as an option on all A.W.T. graphics presses and UV dryers. A.W.T. World Trade Inc., 4321 N.
