A&M Kinzel Ltd.

A&M Kinzel Ltd. (www.kinzel-gmbh.de) says it redesigned its PMF screen-printing line to meet today’s needs. The web-fed press’s features include separately adjustable material-advance length and/or squeegee movement, linear guidance for squeegee and floodbar to facilitate wet-on-wet printing, skip printing, pneumatic screen clamping, adjustable squeegee pressure and angle (up to 30°), electronic screen-frame adjustment in X/Y direction, and more. The modular screen press can accommodate multiple printing stations, UV curing units, hot-air or IR dryers, laminating units, die cutters, hot-stamping units, slitters, and more. According to A&M Kinzel, the PMF supports output of 4000 prints/hr.
